Welcome to Sutera Spa. These Terms and Conditions outline the policies that apply when you visit our website, book an appointment, purchase services or products, or receive services from Sutera Spa.
By using our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, package, prepaid service, gift certificate, product, or receiving services from Sutera Spa, you agree to the terms below.
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.
We ask that clients arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time so we can remain on schedule for the next client. If you arrive too late for the service to be performed safely or properly, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
We understand that schedules change. However, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Sutera Spa at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount. Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule late, or miss appointments may be required to provide a valid credit card to hold future appointments or may be limited in their ability to book future services.
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount. Sutera Spa reserves the right to require a valid credit card to hold future appointments for clients with a history of no-shows.
Sutera Spa may require a valid credit card to reserve an appointment.
Your card is held at the time of booking but is not charged in advance for the scheduled service. Payment for services is collected when the service is provided.
Your card may be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies, including late cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered or products are purchased unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Sutera Spa accepts approved forms of payment, which may include credit cards, debit cards, cash, gift certificates, or other payment methods made available by Sutera Spa.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.
All service sales are final once the service has been performed.
Because aesthetic, wellness, and spa services can vary by individual, Sutera Spa does not guarantee specific results and does not issue refunds based solely on individual treatment results.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us promptly so we can review your concern. Sutera Spa may, at its discretion, offer a follow-up visit, corrective service, account credit, or other resolution, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Products may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Product refunds requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Packages and prepaid services are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may have expiration dates, usage limits, or restrictions.
Gift certificates may be used toward eligible services or products at Sutera Spa.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Sutera Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
Gift certificates expire five years from the date of purchase or the date stated on the certificate.
Promotional, bonus, donated, or complimentary certificates may have separate expiration dates, service restrictions, or other limitations, where permitted by law.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and may be subject to additional terms.
Promotions may not be combined with other discounts, packages, gift certificates, prepaid services, or other offers unless expressly stated. Sutera Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding medical history, skin conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, contraindications, product sensitivities, and any other condition that may affect their ability to safely receive services.
Sutera Spa is not responsible for reactions, complications, or undesired results caused by incorrect, incomplete, or omitted client information.
Certain services may not be appropriate for clients with specific medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, recent sun exposure, recent cosmetic procedures, or other risk factors.
Sutera Spa reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service if we determine that performing the service may be unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interest.
Sutera Spa does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice. Any information provided by Sutera Spa is for general informational purposes only and should not replace advice from a licensed medical provider.
Results vary from person to person. No specific result, outcome, or improvement is guaranteed.
By receiving services from Sutera Spa, you acknowledge that the treatment, expected benefits, potential risks, precautions, and aftercare instructions may be explained to you before service, and that you are responsible for asking questions before proceeding.
Before-and-after photos, testimonials, or examples shown on our website, social media, or marketing materials are individual examples and do not promise or guarantee the same outcome for every client.
Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by Sutera Spa. Failure to follow instructions may affect results and may increase the risk of irritation, complications, or unsatisfactory outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients release Sutera Spa from claims related to expected treatment effects, individual results, or reactions arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted client information.
For massage therapy services in Texas, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required for clients under the age of 17.
Sutera Spa may require parent or legal guardian consent before providing other services to minor clients, depending on the service requested, client age, treatment type, and applicable law.
Sutera Spa reserves the right to decline services to minors or require a parent or legal guardian to be present during the appointment.
Sutera Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, failure to follow policies, failure to disclose relevant health information, repeated late cancellations, repeated no-shows, or any conduct that disrupts the safety or comfort of clients or staff.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Sutera Spa. Sutera Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
The content on the Sutera Spa website is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information, pricing, service descriptions, availability, or promotional details are complete, current, or error-free.
