I have been attending Sulteta Spa for several years now. I have a facial with Aimee that is awesome & a 80 minute massage with Rhonda. I get a deep tissue which Rhonda excels at. she always asking which areas of concentration when I go monthly. I like that the spa is small & cozy....actually relaxing.

I got to see Louisa today, I had a 80 minute massage, medium-deep pressure with focus on my hips. It was glorious. I can't always find someone who can do great hip work, but I did today! I am a big woman, and everyone there were very kind and accommodating. 5 stars.

I've had two massages here - one was a Swedish massage and very gentle and the other was deep tissue, both with different therapists and both were excellent and exactly what I needed. They read my body very well. Get there early to really settle in. Love the card on file function - makes for a seamless experience. Will be back!

I recently booked a massage and a facial and I had THE BEST experience! I've said it before and I'll say it again and again- Rhonda has magic hands! She really listens to your needs/wants and delivers the ultimate in relaxation and healing through her massages. I defy you to find a better esthetician than Amie! I've been seeing her for over a year, and my skin has never looked or felt better. These ladies make you feel so special, they take their time and you can tell they have a passion and a gift for what they do. I am a client for life with them!

Great massage by Maxine! I booked last minute needing my back worked on and was grateful to get an appointment. Max was amazing! Wish I could have stayed on the table longer. Really worked out the knots in my shoulders. I always feel relaxed from the minute I walk through the door!

Both my husband and I received outstanding services! Amy gave me a customized facial. She paid attention to special details about my skin while also listening to my concerns. Rhonda gave my hubby a wonderful Swedish massage. Long overdue, she was able to work out the "kinks" while addressing specific areas of need. The facility is very calm, soothing, inviting and quiet! I want to say, this spa knows what they're doing. I had a Swedish massage completed by Louisa. Not only was this massage therapeutic, but it was informed. I was silent for the entirety of the treatment but I could tell that Louisa was tuning into my areas of dysfunction with intention. Although massage therapy is a completely different field from the field in which I've trained (osteopathic medicine), I felt as if she was promoting self-healing during our treatment session. I am used to requesting a deep-tissue massage, but I felt that the light-medium Swedish massage addressed areas of fascial distortion. Appreciate you, Louisa! Will definitely be back.

It took a few years after relocating to the area to find Louisa and this spa but once I did, I stopped looking any further. Louisa is so knowledgeable and skilled in massage, it blew my mind! I've never been disappointed and always feel relief! It's more than 4 years later and I still have regular appointments with her! This salon is so relaxing in every way, and they go all above and beyond. I am grateful I found this spa Louisa to help me to relieve stress and improve well-being!

First time at Sutera Spa, AND my first wax ever- wonderful experience. Heather was my esthetician, and she made me feel super comfortable and calm. I was nervous because this was my first underarm wax, but she soon made me feel at ease and confident. She was sweet, personable, quick, reassuring and professional. I specifically appreciate that the level of pressure applied was in line with my ask, attention was give to the parts of my body that were hurting, and where I was injured the masseuse avoided contact.

Both massages were perfect!! My husband and I always get massages together and usually one of us thinks it could have been better but this time we both thought it was fabulous. We don't usually go for the sauna, pools or special showers at spas so I like that this plan doesn't have a bunch of that stuff, I think it makes the cost so much more reasonable. There is another spa that I have been wanting to try but for the same service, the cost is double... after yesterday's experience, there is honestly no reason to try anywhere else. Thank you to both of our wonderful therapists!

I was pleasantly surprised by this spa, and I consider myself a spa snob! I had a very relaxing wrap which began with a pleasant exfoliation. Then I had a nice shower with a 6 nozzles-way better than home. Then it was topped off with a relaxing 90 minute massage. My therapist-Rhonda- was accommodating, wearing a mask and thankfully did not talk all the way through the treatments! On my next visit to Texas will return!

I had an aromatherapy massage with Louisa and an anti-aging facial with Kimberly. I have found my people. The spa is clean and nice. I felt completely safe during covid times. I opted for a Swedish massage instead of a deep tissue and it was so nice. Louisa knows what she is doing. I could feel all the yuck slip away as she rubbed and soothed. I look forward to a deep tissue with her in the future. Kimberly is exactly who is missing from my life. She told me I am dehydrated and I know very well it's true. For her to see it showing signs in my face I realize I have to fix it. She educated me and wants to sell me products BUT she wants to know exactly what I already have so she can counsel me through what I may already own. She understands it can be hard to buy a lot of products at one time. So you know what she did? She gave me a consultation appointment for later today and in the meantime I will go home and gather my facial products and bring them with me. Then she will help me prioritize what products I need. She also gave me a hydration packet to mix with water that she really likes so I could try it. I'm happy with my visit. I'll update in a few months.

Sutera is a true full-experience spa. They provide you with robes, slippers, lockers, and give you access to a sauna and a very clean luxurious shower. The staff was very friendly and the masseuse was well trained and responded instantly to feedback. Prices are very reasonable too. I am very picky about spas but I found the entire experience to be very seamless and relaxing!

I wanted to get a massage while visiting the area, so I checked Yelp and found this awesome day spa. I booked an appointment with Rhonda and enjoyed a deep tissue massage and a body scrub. Rhonda applied a lot of pressure to the spots where I needed it the most, which is just what I like. She didn't even let up when I told her it was intense, instead she helped me breathe through it. The robes, footwear, locker room, sauna, and relaxation room all were very clean and quiet, which added to this great experience. If I lived in the area, I would be coming back often.

A few years ago, I initially booked at Sutera because they offer weekend/extended hours which help with my schedule (work full time/2 children/husband travels every week). I met Tera at that time and haven't wavered on returning back to her every single time for facials. She is amazing at what she does and is an amazing person. Please note: There is a front desk employee who is condescending, but do not let her take away from all of the talent that provide services here. It's a really good place.

We just moved to Flower Mound and I was so happy to find such a perfect Spa! We've been going to the same spa for years in our previous town and hoped we could find something similar. I loved my pedicure and will definitely be becoming a regular Great place!! Thanks to Susan and all the ladies for being so kind

Always enjoy my massage. All my aches and tightness are gone when Jennifer finishes her magic. Comfy, cozy environment and everyone ensures your comfort. Love to wrap up in the big comfy robes. Every service I have used has been special.

Sutera Spa is a cozy, clean and quite spa. I love coming here, the staff is friendly and very professional. Alicia is the best therapist for hair removal. She is very skilled and does an amazing job. She always knows just what my skin needs. You won't go wrong with any service done here. They put their clients first and always deliver a relaxing and professional experience.

When you need a relaxing afternoon, look no further. I was able to get a very last minute facial after a very long and stressful day. With a last minute booking, I didn't have high extremely high expectations, I honestly was just wanting to lay down in a relaxing environment and leave the outside world behind for an hour. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this place and how much it exceeded my expectations!!!! This is a little hidden gem in Flower Mound. It was truly one of the best facials I have ever had. They have a nice locker room and fluffy bathrobes to change into. Then you go into a little "retreat" that has hot tea and water to relax with while you wait. The facial was wonderful and included a lovely foot and hand massage with warmers you wear during the service. The ambiance of the spa was just what I was looking for and the facial was delightful. I went ahead and booked my next appointment before I left.

Welcoming, cozy robes, dry sauna and quiet lounge allow me much needed downtime. Kimberly for facials and Jennifer for massage are the best!!! Jennifer has saved me from neck and back lockups I have so routine deep tissue keeps them as bay. Kimberly not only keeps my skin healthy but now is treating my preteen daughter for acne naturally and it's working. At this age, managing thru these years and having confidence in your facial regimen allows her to be herself and not sub conscious.

This is the best spa I've found in the DFW area. They are extremely professional and use high quality products. The atmosphere is as luxurious and relaxing as spas in 4 star hotels. And costs a fraction of the price! The aesthetician, Kimberly, is very knowledgeable. My skin hasn't looked this good in 40 years!

2nd time here with gf and we both love it. first time was the romantic getaway, where they do couples massage, facial, and pedicures. this is a 1 year anniversary, so we came back for round 2. great experience both times and great people

I badly needed a mani & pedi so I looked around for a spa that I haven't been to before. I came across Sutera and liked that they offer a variety of services. I had a mani & pedi done on different days as they were pretty booked up when I called. The atmosphere is wonderful. Everyone was friendly. My pedi was super relaxing--she even dimmed the chandelier during my massage and foot soak. You instantly relax when you walk in the door. I look forward to going back when I finally get another break from our 3 daughters! ;)

Love Tara! I've been seeing her for about a year and she has done wonders for my skin. She has helped recommend a mix up different services and products to help my skin. The complimentary slippers, robe, and beverage is always a nice plus to help you wind down after a long day.

My 15 year old had been sore for a week due to cheer and tumbling. Made an appointment, and she said she felt great the next day! Lovely spa, very inviting, warm and professional staff. Calming smells. We definitely recommend this spa to anyone needing to be rejuvenated!

Jennifer is the most amazing masseuse I've had, particularly for deep tissue massages. She also stretches your body out while massaging it if that's your desire so if you're sore and tight from working out, she's your person! Overall love the spa - friendly and relaxing and the sauna is amazing after a massage!

For a great spa experience, go Sutera Spa! I was given a spa package for my birthday. I had a wonderful aesthetician who took care of my specific skin needs. The massage and pedicure were first rate. They have a nice locker room with a dry sauna, and a relaxing lounge. I am now a Sutera Spa regular and would recommend this wonderful spa to everyone!

My husband and I came in for Deluxe Swedish Massages today. We did not do 'couples' massage even though they offered. My husband enjoyed his massage, but said that it was about par with other massages he has had. His masseuse was Amber. I had Jennifer as my masseuse and she was phenomenal! I knew I had hit the jackpot when she said that she had just finished giving a deep tissue massage and I would have to let her know if the pressure was too firm. The entire massage was incredible. She asked about problem areas and really listened to what I said. I would highly recommend seeing Jennifer.

And then a wonnnderrrfulllllll facial by a wonderful women, I just forgot her name : ( I hope to return here soon!

I absolutely love love love this spa. Definitely the best in the area! I go at least twice a year as a nice treat for myself and its heaven. I typically get a deluxe deep tissue massage but I've also had a facial and pedicure there; all were done terrifically with the utmost professionalism. I feel so relaxed afterwards! Not just the services they offer but even the waiting room and womens changing room is magnificent! The soft couches, soothing music, and cucumber infused water has a calming affect that gets you relaxed for the massage. There shower is like a dream!! They also have private lockers that allow you to store your belongings with security. The vanity area includes a hair dryer, clean hair brushes, and skin products. I could spend all day getting ready in there. I am about to schedule my next appointment!

I have been here a few times for massages and pedi's. This is definitely a top notch spa and they have great prices. Everything about this spa is fantastic. Every massage therapist that I have had did a wonderful job and were spot on in terms of skill level. The ambience here is what draws you in. Great showers, sauna, lovely massage rooms, wine while you wait for your massage, plush robes, and the list goes on and on. The staff is always friendly and courteous and they go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of.

This is the BEST kept secret in Flower Mound. The management and staff are absolutely wonderful, and the intimate spa setting and services are one of a kind. This is my "go to" spot for the perfect gift as well! From mothers day, to bride and bridesmaids, to even my dad for his birthday. They have fabulous packages to choose from for anyone!

Small, intimate spa! And, one of the best kept secrets in Flower Mound/Lewisville area! Clean with great massage therapists, the plush robes, amazing swedish shower and sauna in the locker room, and peaceful atmosphere always keep me coming back. I've been a regular customer for over 2 years.

This is one of the best spas in the area. They treat you really well. When you go in, you are given a locker and a Kashwere Robe and slippers. You can go to the locker room and change, shower and sauna if you want. You come back out to a beautiful waiting area with fruit and water and big comfy chairs. Your therapist will come get you and take you back. When you come out, you can lounge in this area again and just relax. I like that they have showers, in case you feel oily. Overall an amazing spa and every therapist I've had there has been wonderful.
